Visiting has been suspended at Letterkenny General Hospital due to an outbreak of the winter vomiting bug.
Visitors are asked not to come to the hospital, apart from partners visiting the maternity unit and parents/guardians visiting the paediatric unit.
The HSE is advising that all urgent enquiries should be referred to the appropriate ward by phone.
